In the back is a large outdoor shower with bluestone underfoot. On the roof are architectural shingles and the house is clad with the finest cedar exterior shingles and trim. The house is appropriately adorned with Victorian gingerbread.  

There is a paved driveway with a generous parking area lit by an outstanding antique light fixture. The lovely yard has specimen trees and a berry patch. The detached studio (or second bedroom) was built with the same attention to detail as the main house and sleeps four.  

It is a short stroll to the end of the street to the Lagoon via a public access path. It should be noted that neighbors report that a boat mooring in the Lagoon is possible.  

Purchase of much of the furniture may also be negotiated although not all items can be included in the sale.
